Watermelon Jelly
6 c. pureed watermelon
5 c. sugar
6 T. lemon juice
1 pckt. Kiwi-Watermelon Kool-Aid
1 pckt. pectin
Combine watermelon puree, sugar, and lemon juice in a pot and bring to a boil. Continue boiling until jelly reaches 220 degrees. Add pectin and boil 5 minutes longer. Remove from heat and pour into prepared jars. Process in a boiling water canner for 10 minutes. Let cool. Jelly may take up to one week to set.
