Family Pictures

Knowing we were spending time at the beach while in Texas, I had dreams of getting great family pictures on the beach.  Well...those great family pictures must happen on some other beach, because they did NOT happen for us!  The wind, the sand, the pooping seagulls, the water...did I mention the wind?  Thankfully, it was mostly all fun, so no harm-no foul! :)

Mom and Dad tried their hand at pictures...did I mention the wind?

Before we left on our Texas vacation, I spent an afternoon and took some pictures of the kiddos. I need to go again and try to get some better ones of Josh-man, but the rest turned out so great! Love my cute kidlets!

Don't you love how pictures can so easily make you forget the crazy kiddos they can be--?  All I want to do is squish these little munchlets when I look at these pictures...I forget the poop on the floor, the hours of nightime crying, the tantrums and fighting and crying and whining and sass.

So glad to have these pictures! ;)

Uintas

Heavenly Father has really made some beautiful country.  I love going to the Uintas, and there is so much more of it to see! I've only just visited a small portion.

I have also been blessed with incredible friends.  We got the chance to go camping for a quick weekend with them and it was so much fun!  All these kiddos--crazy to think just a few years ago it was just the three of us (sometimes more) walking between our houses and favorite food places. Now we try our best to keep 11 kids alive!  It was great!

Thanks ladies for the fun weekend--thanks Steph and Kyle for all the fun toys. Camping with you two is the way to go!

We Love Camping!

We always have several camping trips on our schedules for the summer. It is so much fun! We are hoping to fit in one or two more before it gets too cold, and then maybe one down south in the fall (Goblin Valley, anyone?).  Until then, here is the highlight reel!

We camped without a bathroom for the first time ever and it went well. Whew! So many more camping options now.  This time we spent 3 days at Dry Bread pond...three lovely days camping, eating, playing games, shooting, riding toys, throwing boomerangs, catching bugs, digging in the dirt, and not sleeping (dang that cute Baby Ben. Ended up in the car both nights with that one. Lame.)

Camping with the Cravens is always one of my favorite parts of summer!
