We survived Trimester Numero Uno~!

Sorry friends! Dropped off the face of the planet for a while. This baby is kicking my trash--I keep telling Mike it had better be a girl for all the nastiness I'm feeling!
What have we done the past 2 months you ask?  Mostly a whole lot of TV and sleep.  My to-do list for October included 10 items...only 7 of which got done! :)  But November finally showed it's beautiful fall head and we are out of the bed and on to bigger and better things!

A few things you may have missed...

Halloween:  It was a great success. We were a family of Angry birds (Joshy's idea) and it was fun!  The kids were the cutest, and I'm pretty happy with how the costumes turned out.  The ward trunk or treat was a hit, as always, then we celebrated with the Jenkins and Julianos for our second annual Halloween night fun.  Lots of candy--most of it was gone in two days--and still not enough for me!

We also made it to BYU Homecoming, which is a favorite yearly tradition.  I'll admit, the parade wasn't as stellar as in years past (I think because we were at the end) but we loved seeing Cosmo and all the schools of education still the same! Love us some BYU time!  We had a blue pancake breakfast with Ben and Marilyn and had such a great time!

Katelyn finally got to bring home Curious George from school.  It's the curse of a 'W' last name! She was so excited~!

Luke, Luke, Luke. This boy is crazy nuts!  Happy most the time now, which is a bonus from all the crying he did his first year of life, but man! He keeps me on my toes. Case-in-point...this month he 'exploded' his crib. His incessant rocking back and forth and moving around actually busted the bolts right in half.  The side rails came down, the whole crib tilted and when I found him he looked at me and said, 'Whoa!'  Crazy boy!

We got our first snow of the season--and our only picture of Joshy! The kids sure had fun and built a snowman ALL BY THEMSELVES!  Gotta get me some snow boots so I can go out and play too!

It was wacky hair day at school.  Thanks Aunt Jilli for the great idea! It was a hit--all the kids at school couldn't stop touching Katelyn's hair!

We carved pumpkins and had a pizza night for FHE.  Good times.

And, Ky and I enjoyed the first egg nog milkshakes of the season!  Snow this weekend--you better believe Christmas music is coming on! :)
